Hello guys. I’m trying to find out how much this would cost about to make and if anyone wants to do it. Basically, I want a simple program that will have a list of tv shows. A user clicks a tv show then it opens up if it wants to be downloaded in standard def, 720p, 1080p etc… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: .NET, C/C++, Visual Basic)
